From classroom management to curriculum planning, Ms.Manjeet Kaur guided the new educators through a series of engaging workshops and sessions.
The training focused on both national and international pedagogical approaches, equipping teachers with essential 21st-century skills. Core areas of discussion included Digital Learning, Lesson Observation, Effective Lesson Planning, IDEAL 2.0, Differentiated Instruction, and Early Years Education. Teachers were introduced to innovative strategies to create dynamic, student-centric, and outcome-driven classrooms.
A special emphasis was laid on identifying student potential and customizing teaching approaches accordingly. The session also encouraged educators to remain aligned with evolving educational trends and global best practices.
