Students were made aware about fire safety in Jaipuria School, Pratapgarh……
On 23rd July 2025, an awareness program was organized about fire safety in Seth MR Jaipuria School, Pratapgarh. In this, the fire brigade team from Pratapgarh’s fire officers Shri Atul Tripathi, Radheshyam Dubey, Anil Rai, Vijay Bahadur Yadav and Shivam Upadhyay explained the ways to deal with fire in emergency to the teachers and children through various mediums. The program started with the welcome of the officers of the fire brigade team. After which the team provided practical knowledge to the children through demonstration of fire fighting equipment, various types of fire and their prevention measures and mock drill. The students enthusiastically participated in the fire extinguishing exercise and learned important fire safety techniques. It was told by the fire officer Shri Radhey Shyam Dubey that awareness was created to deal with the problems. He trained the students on how to quickly control a fire in a cylinder with a bucket, how to control a fire with carbon dioxide, how to use a fire extinguisher, etc.
On this occasion, Mr. Atul Tripathi told that what steps should be taken first in case of a fire in a domestic gas cylinder, electric short circuit, garbage, farm, barn, house, shop and building.
On this occasion, the school’s principal Dr. Richa Bhargava told that the purpose of the program was to provide information to teachers and students about fire prevention in an emergency, so that if such an incident occurs anywhere nearby, teachers and children can prove helpful in dealing with it.
On this occasion, the school’s chairman Dr. Rajendra Singh, manager Dr. Manish Singh, director Dr. Manisha Singh and management in-charge Shekhar Jain jointly said that such programs not only increase awareness in students, but also generate self-confidence and alertness in them.
